AHK-Cu Liquid Active 3%
AHK-Cu is a bioactive copper peptide widely studied in cosmetic science for its ability to support skin and scalp health. This tripeptide complex consists of the peptide AHK (Alanine-Histidine-Lysine) bound to copper ions, forming a stable complex known as Copper Tripeptide-3. Copper peptides have been investigated for their role in supporting healthy skin appearance and promoting optimal follicle conditions in scalp formulations.
AHK-Cu is commonly incorporated into cosmetic formulations designed to improve the appearance of skin firmness, texture, and overall vitality. In scalp and hair care formulations, copper peptides are often used to support follicle conditioning and help maintain the appearance of fuller, healthier hair.
This ready-to-use liquid active simplifies formulation by providing a stabilized solution of AHK-Cu in a preservative system compatible with a wide range of cosmetic formulations.
